MNUFC Unified takes to the pitch in an intrasquad matchup before the Minnesota United match on August 29, and we want you there! Gates open at 2:00 p.m. for a 3:00 kickoff. The match will be played in two 25-minute halves, and re-entry will be required for those attending the first-team match vs. Orlando City later in the evening. Be sure to claim your free tickets ahead of the match!
If you're not aware, our Unified Squad is composed of players both with and without intellectual disabilities and has been repping the club since 2017 as part of a league partnership with Special Olympics and the help of presenting sponsor Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota. Gameday Details:
- Entry: The stadium's Northwest Gate will open at 2:00 p.m. ahead of a 3:00 p.m. kickoff. Standard gameday entry rules and screening processes will apply.
- Parking: Fans attending the Unified game can park in Lot C for free, but will need to move vehicles by 5 p.m. if they plan to stay for the first-team game. Alternatively, they can pay to park in either the Spruce Tree or Herberger's lots and leave their cars there through the end of the first-team game.
- What to Expect: Seating will be general admission in Sections 30-34. The game will run for roughly an hour.
- After the Match: All fans will need to exit the building. Fans with tickets for the MNUFC vs. Orlando City SC game will be able to re-enter the stadium when gates open at 6:00 p.m. Fans wanting to stick around the area can swing by some of the nearby bars and restaurants and/or head to the Sun Country Pre-Party, which will open at 5:00 p.m.
