Minnesota United and Saint Paul Public Schools today announced the fourth-annual Saint Paul Cup, presented by Bell Bank, hosted at Allianz Field on Friday, October 3. The two high schools featured in this year’s showcase are Como Park Senior High School and Humboldt Senior High School.

The Saint Paul Cup, inspired by the former Mayor’s Cup, is an annual doubleheader soccer showcase that features boys and girls varsity soccer teams from the Saint Paul Public School district. The 2025 matchup between Como Park and Humboldt will kick off with the girls’ game starting at 5:30 p.m. CT, followed by the boys’ match at 7:30 p.m. CT. Gates will open at 4:30 p.m. CT.

Minnesota United and Bell Bank, in partnership with Saint Paul Public Schools, collaborated in 2022 to create a new annual match for Saint Paul high schools to participate in and play in front of friends, family and classmates at the home of the Loons. The goal of the Saint Paul Cup is to feature Saint Paul Public High Schools showcasing local youth soccer talent while helping to grow and connect soccer at all levels in our community and within the city of Saint Paul.

Allianz Field and Bell Bank will welcome students, family and all fans from Como Park Senior High School and Humboldt Senior High School for free to support their teams. Those interested in attending the Saint Paul Cup can claim their free tickets HERE.

“This is one of the more special events that we host at Allianz Field, and is particularly special this year as we continue to celebrate soccer – here in Minnesota and the city of Saint Paul – with this game between Como Park and Humboldt,” said MNUFC Chief Development Officer Manny Lagos. “It is always amazing to see the kids, coaches and parents have the opportunity to play and watch the Saint Paul Cup matches at Allianz Field, and we are equally excited for them to experience that next month.”

“The Saint Paul Cup at Allianz Field is the most anticipated annual event in our community. We are incredibly fortunate to play in such a high-class venue and are grateful for the opportunity,” said Como Park Senior High School Athletic Director Koua Yang. “Our district is thankful for the commitment and partnership of Minnesota United FC.”

“We are thrilled to have the opportunity to play at Allianz Field and thankful to all the sponsors that make this event possible for our student athletes,” said Humboldt Senior High School Athletic Director Matt Osborne. “This game is one the students will remember for a life time because the soccer and school communities turn out very well to cheer them on.”

“We’re extremely proud of this partnership and how it reflects the shared mission Bell Bank and Minnesota United FC have for giving back to the communities we serve,” commented Erin Procko, Twin Cities banking director and Minneapolis president for Bell Bank. “Bell has been a part of the Saint Paul Cup since the inaugural match, and we’re honored every year to help bring people together through soccer in this special way. It’s a unique opportunity to impact the local community, while also being able to deliver a memorable experience to the Saint Paul student-athletes, their fans and families at Allianz Field.”
