Mental Health Awareness Game presented by SeatGeek
The Loons are back in the Midway for a midweek game against the Houston Dynamo. The match between MNUFC and Houston will be the first of at least three meetings this season, with the two sides slotted to meet again next week in the U.S. Open Cup. Last season, the Loons secured a sweep of the Texans with a scoreline of 2-1 in favor of Minnesota both times. While the Dynamo are currently above Minnesota in the standings, it should be noted that key players Amine Bassi and Héctor Herrera will both be absent at Allianz Field this week due to red card violations. Both teams are coming to Wednesday's match fresh off of a weekend loss with a desire to right the ship. In order to make sure that Minnesota is the team to do so and have the sweet sounds of Oasis play in St. Paul, the Loons will need to lock down on defense and be productive in the final third. Can't make it in person? No problem. Watch for free on Apple TV or tune in to 1500 ESPN to catch all of the action.
