Our Season Ticket Member Hub in the MNUFC app is all about you. From your member info to your seats, your benefits to your Account Rep, it’s got all the information you could possibly need. It's also got all sorts of great information about upcoming events, and even some exclusive opportunities you can sign up for as a STM! The Member Hub is basically the best spot to keep up with everything going on around here, all in one place. Convenient, right?

To find this snazzy hub, first make sure you have the latest version of the MNUFC app downloaded. Click the ticket icon in the upper right-hand corner and select 'Member Hub.' Make sure you're logged into your app account and also have your SeatGeek account hooked up to properly pull all of your info through.

Digital Member Pass

Once again for the 2026 season, all STMs will receive a digital member pass that can be accessed via the MNUFC mobile app. This is the pass you will use to access your 10% discount at the Team Store. If you selected concession credits as one of your STM gifts, this is the same pass you will use to access those credits as well.

How to Access

You can easily access your Member Card within the MNUFC app. To do so:

  1. First make sure you have the latest version of the MNUFC app downloaded.
  2. If you haven't previously created an account, make sure to do so by clicking in the upper left-hand corner, scrolling down to My Account, and creating an account or signing in.
  3. Once you've created an account, click the Member Card button your account page.
  4. You may need to log into your SeatGeek account if you haven't already done so.
  5. From there, you will be able to view your digital member card, where all of your member offers will be loaded up and available for scanning.

Add to Wallet

You also have the ability to add your pass to your phone’s mobile wallet by simply clicking the, you guessed it, “Add to Wallet” button at the bottom of your pass. This will download a pass to your phone’s mobile wallet with all of the same offers loaded up to it. You can scan this pass just the same as the one in your app. The only difference is you can’t transfer funds via your mobile wallet pass or see a live balance of remaining funds; those features are only available within the app.

How to Scan

On your in-app member card, you should see a list of active offers at the bottom, including your Team Store discount and, if applicable, your food & beverage credit. To redeem either offer, simply scan the QR code at the time of checkout. Note that food and beverage credits can only be redeemed at the built-in concession stands on the outer ring of the Allianz Field concourse.

How to Transfer Concession Credit

You can also transfer your food and beverage credits to someone else! To transfer funds, click “Manage Benefits” in the upper left-hand corner of your in-app pass. This will reveal a form where you can enter the information of the person to whom you would like to transfer the funds, then hit “Transfer” to seal the deal.

Your recipient will then receive a text message with a link they will need to click to access their scannable QR code. You may want to give them a heads up that this is coming, as your recipient may naturally be skeptical of a text message coming from an unknown number claiming to offer them free money.

If your recipient wants to transfer their funds back to you or to someone else, they would need to create their own account within the MNUFC app by following the steps listed above.

If you’re ever wondering how much money you have remaining, or see a list of past transactions and transfers, you can go back to the Manage Benefits page within your member pass, where you’ll see a Past Activity log with all of your purchases and transfers.
