Allianz Field

Minnesota United announced today the club has partnered with Ramsey County to provide Allianz Field as a ballot return location for Ramsey County voters.

“We’re honored to have Allianz Field be a ballot drop-off location for Ramsey County, and to serve the second largest county in the state,” said Minnesota United CEO Chris Wright. “It is so important to provide accessible voting options to registered voters, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic and we believe Allianz Field is easily accessible to our community, whether via car, light rail, bus or on foot.”

Starting Thursday, October 29, residents of Ramsey County can return their ballots for the 2020 election at the Brew Hall at Allianz Field. A curbside option is available on Shields Avenue.

Ballot return will be available:

  • Thursday, October 29; 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Friday, October 30; 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, October 31; 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Sunday, November 1; 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Monday, November 2; 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

“We’re grateful for this partnership with Minnesota United to offer Allianz Field as a safe and easily accessible location for Ramsey County voters to return their absentee ballots in person,” said Ramsey County Board Chair Toni Carter. “This effort aligns with Ramsey County’s ongoing commitment to increasing access to voting and ensuring that everyone has a voice in deciding the direction of their community and country, which has become even more critical during the COVID-19 pandemic.”

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, protocols have been enacted to keep staff and voters safe. Social distance queues are in place at each station and hand sanitizer stations will be available. Masks will be required indoors, and free masks will be available for those who need one. Those who refuse to wear one will be directed to Lot C for their return.
