Minnesota United makes its first trip to the City of Brotherly Love this weekend to take on the Philadelphia Union. The Loons will attempt to take their unbeaten streak to four games and claim their first road win since March. Despite falling in the U.S. Open Cup Final last week, the Union have been stellar in league play. They have not conceded a goal in their past three games and have lost just once in their past nine. It will be a tall order for MNUFC defenders to contain Philly’s attack, which has been so strong at home this half of the season. This will be another must-win game for the Loons, as they are teetering on the brink of elimination from playoff contention, while the Union try to secure their position in the postseason with a bit more breathing room.
