For the third time in the last month, Emanuel Reynoso has earned himself a spot on Major League Soccer’s Team of the Matchday following another inspired performance in the Loons’ 1-1 draw against LAFC. As has become the norm, the Loons' brilliant number 10 controlled the action from start to finish, effortlessly advancing the ball up and down the pitch and creating chance after fabulous chance for his teammates. Rey himself would cash in on one of those chances in the 24th minute, when after setting up the initial action, he cleverly flicked a floating pass from Kervin Arriaga past the keeper to knot up the score.

In a hard-fought draw against the defending champs, Reynoso often looked like the best player on the field, reminding fans across the country that he continues to be among the league's elite number 10s. Congrats, Rey, on another well-deserved honor! We look forward to more of the same in the near future.
