In their last MLS regular season game before the international break, the Loons suffered a tough 0-1 loss to the leaders of the Eastern Conference, NYCFC. May was a tiring month for MNUFC, but after getting a little period of rest and recuperation, the Loons return to field this Saturday for an international friendly against 2. Bundesliga side, SC Paderborn 07. Saturday's game will mark the first meeting between the two teams and promises to bring all of the action. While a handful of our boys in Black and Blue will be away on international duty, there's no doubt that the squad will be focused on getting a win to boost the overall morale as they go into the second half of the season.
Game presented by Rasmussen University
Make sure to stop by the Lawn Layover, presented by Sun Country, for some pregame fun and festivities. The party begins at 5:00 p.m. CT and will include giveaways from the Star Tribune and Rasmussen University.There will also be food, beer carts and a DJ for some extra fun. Forgot your scarf?
