Game Central

Minnesota United returns to Allianz Field to begin a stretch of three home games in eight days, starting with Saturday’s meeting with Columbus Crew SC. After starting the year with a high-flying attack, Minnesota’s scoring rate has slowed in recent weeks, netting just two goals in the past four games. Columbus is in a slump as well, losing six of its last seven games following a lightning-fast start to the year. The loss of most of its defensive players due to injury has affected Crew SC’s ability to keep opponents off the board, something the Loons will look to exploit on Saturday. Attacking juggernauts Darwin Quintero and Angelo Rodriguez have been kept off the scoresheet for two weeks and ready to give MNUFC fans something to cheer about.

Pre-Game Concert
Get to the game early and enjoy The Chris Hawkey Band presented by Bell Bank prior to kickoff. The Chris Hawkey Band will take the stage beginning at 5 p.m. and playing until 6:30 p.m. outside of the stadium on Shields Avenue. Everyone is welcome! No ticket necessary. Stop by early, then head into the stadium to watch Minnesota United kick off against Columbus Crew.

Food Trucks
Starting at 4:30 p.m., there will be food trucks available outside of the stadium for those fans looking to grab something to eat before heading into Allianz Field. Food trucks slated to join us include: West Indies Soul Food, Fare Well, Los Ocampo and Brava on Wheels.
