Dayne St. Clair stood on his head last night to earn himself a spot on the MLS Team of the Week. In the 2-1 victory over Nashville, St. Clair came up big with seven saves. This action-packed game saw a relentless attack on the Loons. Nashville held the majority of the possession and had more than double the number of shots on goal, but the MLS All-Star MVP kept their onslaught at bay.

Huge saves gave the Loons some breathing room and allowed them to notch two goals, leading to a club record of six road wins in a season. With four road games left, St. Clair could help extend that record to an even more impressive tally, especially if he keeps his performance at this level. St. Clair is second in the league for both saves (86) and save percentage (72.3%), and this man shows no signs of slowing down.

This is the second time St. Clair has made TOTW this season, following his MLS Team of the Week and Player of the Week honor back in March.
