There’s a lot of info to keep track of when you’re such an avid fan, from ticketing processes for various competitions to the renewal process to all the super cool benefits you can redeem. All that on top of religiously keeping up with MNUFC news, and also your day job? Phew!

That’s why we’ve assembled this comprehensive webpage with all sorts of important details you’re bound to otherwise forget. It’s that time of year — you know, the one where you get rewarded for your Loons loyalty with super cool MNUFC gifts. Keep an eye on your inbox for an email linking to our gifting website, where you’ll log in using the email address associated with your Season Ticket account. Select your gifts — one per seat — from a range of sweet merch to autographed posters to gift packages from our friends at SeatGeek, Grand Casino, and NutriSource, then head to the checkout page to enter your shipping address. Gift selection will run from 10 a.m. on October 7 to 11:59 p.m. on November 7, and your gift(s) will ship around the end of February 2026. Our Season Ticket Member Hub in the MNUFC app is all about you. From your member info to your seats, your benefits to your Account Rep, it’s got all the information you could possibly need. It's also got all sorts of great information about upcoming events, and even some exclusive opportunities you can sign up for as a STM! The Member Hub is basically the best spot to keep up with everything going on around here, all in one place. Convenient, right?

To find this snazzy hub, first make sure you have the latest version of the MNUFC app downloaded. Click the ticket icon in the upper right-hand corner and select 'Member Hub.' Make sure you're logged into your app account and also have your SeatGeek account hooked up to properly pull all of your info through.

1. MLS Season Pass

As always, our STMs get a free subscription to MLS Season Pass! (All matches, no blackouts, ever.) We’ll send you a unique redemption code in early 2026, likely in January, that you can use to cash in that golden ticket.

2. 10% Merch Discount

You’ll be able to redeem your 10% STM discount at the Black and Blue Team Store at Allianz Field using your personalized digital member card, which you can access via the Member Hub in the MNUFC app.

Just like last season, you can also enjoy a 10% discount on merchandise sold through MLSStore.com by using your exclusive STM promo code, which you’ll receive via email.

3. Ticket Resale and Transfer

Can’t make it to a game, or looking to send your tickets to a friend? One of your STM benefits is the ability to easily transfer and resell your tickets for up to 50% of your games, right in SeatGeek! 4. Events

The fun doesn’t stop with soccer games when you’re a Season Ticket Member. Throughout the year, you’ll have opportunities to join us for a number of exclusive STM events, ranging from Buck Hill tubing to open training sessions to dog-friendly get-togethers, and all sorts of other fun stuff. Keep an eye on your inbox to find out about these events as they’re announced and reserve your spot before they fill up!

$500 Luxury Suite Credit

Once again for the 2026 season, MNUFC STMs get a $500 credit toward the rental of an Allianz Field luxury suite. So next time your company, or rec-league team, or fill in the blank is planning a group outing, suggest a luxury suite at a Loons game. It's the perfect way to save your organization $500 and avoid seeing your coworkers in bowling shoes. Offer is good for any 2026 regular-season home game, pending availability.

Once again for the 2026 season, all STMs will receive a digital member pass that can be accessed via the MNUFC mobile app. This is the pass you will use to access your 10% discount at the Team Store. If you selected concession credits as one of your STM gifts, this is the same pass you will use to access those credits as well.

How to Access

You can easily access your Member Card via your STM Hub within the MNUFC app. To do so:

  1. First make sure you have the latest version of the MNUFC app downloaded.
  2. Once you’re in the app, click the ticket icon in the upper right-hand corner and select Member Hub.
  3. You may need to log into your SeatGeek account if you haven't already done sone.
  4. From there, simply click the Member Card button, which should be near the top.

Add to Wallet

You also have the ability to add your pass to your phone’s mobile wallet by simply clicking the, you guessed it, “Add to Wallet” button at the bottom of your pass. This will download a pass to your phone’s mobile wallet with all of the same offers loaded up to it. You can scan this pass just the same as the one in your app. The only difference is you can’t transfer funds via your mobile wallet pass or see a live balance of remaining funds; those features are only available within the app.

How to Scan

On your in-app member card, you should see a list of active offers at the bottom, including your Team Store discount and, if applicable, your food & beverage credit. To redeem either offer, simply scan the QR code at the time of checkout. Note that food and beverage credits can only be redeemed at the built-in concession stands on the outer ring of the Allianz Field concourse.

How to Transfer Concession Credit

You can also transfer your food and beverage credits to someone else! To transfer funds, click “Manage Benefits” in the upper left-hand corner of your in-app pass. This will reveal a form where you can enter the information of the person to whom you would like to transfer the funds, then hit “Transfer” to seal the deal.

Your recipient will then receive a text message with a link they will need to click to access their scannable QR code. You may want to give them a heads up that this is coming, as your recipient may naturally be skeptical of a text message coming from an unknown number claiming to offer them free money.

If your recipient wants to transfer their funds back to you or to someone else, they would need to create their own account within the MNUFC app by following the steps listed above.

If you’re ever wondering how much money you have remaining, or see a list of past transactions and transfers, you can go back to the Manage Benefits page within your member pass, where you’ll see a Past Activity log with all of your purchases and transfers.
