Match Day Refresher

Stadium Fisheye

We’re a third of the way through the season and have a bevy of exciting home matches coming up, so now seems like a good time for a quick refresher on some of the most important things to know when you come to TCF Bank Stadium on match days.

GETTING THERE AND PARKING

As with any major sporting event, parking will be at a premium on MNUFC match days. There are many surface lots and parking ramps surrounding TCF Bank Stadium.

Match Day Refresher -

The light rail is a terrific option for fans. The Stadium Village stop on the Green Line is right next door to the stadium. The Green Line itself can take riders from either downtown Saint Paul or downtown Minneapolis directly to the stadium, and riders in the south metro can take the Blue Line to downtown Minneapolis and transfer. Visit Metro Transit’s website to plan your trip in more detail.

STADIUM LAYOUT

There’s a lot to experience at TCF Bank Stadium beyond the action on the pitch, from food options to service amenities to take care of all your match day needs.

Concession stands are located throughout the stadium and include meal options from Mayslack’s, Subway, Panino’s, Domino’s, Dino’s, La Loma, Famous Dave’s and Goldy’s Grill, plus more snack-oriented options from Drew’s Fresh Popcorn, Go Nuts, Sugar Buzzers and Maui Wowi. At the stadium’s southwest entrance, the plaza features Jax Café, Kennedy, Cheese Curds and another Famous Dave’s location.

Near Gates A, C and E, there are ATMs, guest services desks and first aid stations. Elevators are located close to those gates, as well as at Gates B and D. The ticket office — where you can pick up will-call tickets — is on the south side of the building, as is the premium ticket entrance, Benton County. The supporters entrance is at Gate C, offering direct access to the home supporters’ seating in sections 123–127. Gates open 90 minutes before kickoff and Gates B and A are currently closed.

Minnesota United merchandise is available at Team Stores throughout the stadium and remember: members of the Itasca Society receive 10% off with their membership card at Team Stores on match day (and always online). Any jersey you purchase at the stadium can be brought to the Team Store in section 129 to be customized.

BAG POLICY

As part of the University of Minnesota, TCF Bank Stadium follows the University's Bag Policy, outlined below:

Match Day Refresher -

Minnesota United encourages fans not to bring a bag. The following, however, are permitted:

  • One clear bag no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" or a one-gallon clear freezer bag (Ziploc or similar).
  • Guests may carry a small clutch bag or purse no larger than 6.5" x 4.5" (approximately the size of a hand), with or without a strap.

For your convenience, there will be a bag check located at Williams Arena across Oak Street from the west end of the stadium. There will be a fee for each bag.
