Minnesota United returns from its Texas road trip with a point from two matches, and now directs its attention to the Colorado Rapids. The Rapids have lost both of their encounters since drawing with the Loons in March, including their first home loss since 2015. They will also be without star goalkeeper Tim Howard after he was handed a three-match suspension last week. The reeling Rapids are up against a different Minnesota side than they faced earlier in the year. The Loons seemed to have fixed many of their defensive issues and their offense is red-hot, pumping in six goals in three matches so far in April. Minnesota will hope to please its fans with another home victory, while Colorado tries to spoil the party.
