Get hyped, you Loons, because it’s time for the most exciting game of the year (so far). Following the best regular season in club history, Minnesota United hosts the Seattle Sounders to kick off the Round One Best-of-Three series. Seattle has been a thorn in the side of MNUFC for years, but in 2025, the Loons upped their game by sweeping the regular-season series and being the only team to beat the Sounders at Lumen Field all season. It’s shaping up to be an electric game between the fourth and fifth seeds as they duke it out for a spot in the Western Conference semifinals. Round One, Game 1 kicks off Monday, October 27 at 8:00 p.m. sharp. Yes, I meant that — no 25-minute TV delay for this one. We’re going right on the hour.

We’ve got all sorts of fun stuff planned to make this a postseason to remember, and we’re excited to see you all at Allianz Field to show Seattle what home-field advantage really means. COYL!
