Franco Fragapane made his MLS and Minnesota United debut on Saturday night in Frisco, Texas, against FC Dallas, providing danger down the left wing and scoring his first MLS goal in the 36th minute. For his part in the 1-1 draw, Fragapane has been named to the MLS Team of the Week presented by Audi for Week 8.

Fragapane and French forward Adrien Hunou joined the club prior to the international break, but a paperwork issue held the Argentine midfielder out of the game against Real Salt Lake that saw Hunou make his debut. Against Dallas, Fragapane was raring to go, linking up with Hunou and Niko Hansen across a three-man frontline in a 4-3-3 formation. He showed off his speed and finishing, plus took three corner kicks in place of Emanuel Reynoso, who started the game on the bench.
