THE RULES
- One player will register their entire team
- Players must remain in their assigned row
- 5 players v. 5 players
- Movement is limited mainly to side-to-side action
- Players must continue holding their bar, sleeve, or handle
- Hands cannot control the ball during normal play
- Players cannot leave their positions to chase the ball
- Intentional physical contact is not allowed
- A goal counts when the ball enters the opposing goal
- Play stops after a goal, foul, out-of-bounds ball, or expired time
All participants will be required to sign a waiver prior to participation.
- Players must follow the referee’s directions
- Climbing or hanging from the support bars is prohibited
- Dangerous kicking should result in an immediate stoppage
