There’s a lot of info to keep track of as a Season Ticket Member. There are all of these different competitions, each with their own ticketing process. There’s a process for how to redeem all of your awesome benefits. There’s a renewal process every year…the list goes on and one. And all of that in addition to, you know, your day job.

That’s why we’ve assembled a super helpful webpage—some may call it a compendium—laying out all sorts of important details you’re bound to otherwise forget. And as fate would have it, you find yourself on that webpage right now. So go ahead and bookmark this page and swing on back here from time to time when you need a refresher.

We just launched a fancy new Season Ticket Member Hub in the MNUFC app, and it’s all about you. It's got your personal member information, your seats, your benefits, it's even got your Account Rep. It's also got all sorts of great information about upcoming events, and even some exclusive opportunities you can sign up for as a STM. It's pretty much the single best spot to keep up with everything that's going on around here.

To find this snazzy hub, first make sure you have the latest version of the MNUFC app downloaded. Then, click the ticket icon in the upper right-hand corner and select 'Member Hub.' Make sure you're logged into your app account and also have your SeatGeek account hooked up to properly pull all of your info through.

We've included a little step-by-step mockup below in case you get lost along the way.

U.S. Open Cup

The Loons have advanced to the U.S. Open Cup semifinals, where they will host Austin FC on September 17 at 7:30 p.m. Additionally, because MNUFC was drawn to have top hosting priority for the remainder of the tournament, if they win their semifinals showdown, they would also host the championship game, tentatively scheduled for October 1.

These tickets are NOT automtically included in your membership. However, STMs did have an opportunity to opt into a U.S. Cup All-In Package that guaranteed their same seat at Allianz Field throughout the tournament for a fixed per-game price. STMs who signed up for this package should expect to see their credit card automatically charged within 1-2 business days of each round being confirmed.

STMs who did not opt into that package can still purchase single-game tickets through SeatGeek. As an added bonus, the first 10,000 fans through the gates on 9/17 will receive a commemorative "Cuz Maybe" T-Shirt.

Audi MLS Cup Playoffs

You’re automatically opted in. MNUFC has already qualified for the 2025 Audi MLS Cup Playoffs, with a full five regular-season games to spare! Based on their current positioning, the Loons are guaranteed to host at least one home playoff game, with the potential to host several.

As usual, you are automatically opted in to your same season ticket locations for every MNUFC home game throughout the duration of the playoffs, excluding MLS Cup, which is sold separately. Payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on file, only as home games are confirmed. No up-front payment, or full playoff strips required.

If you’re pumped about the playoffs and ready to attend, no action is needed on your end! If you aren’t interested in attending any potential home playoff games, you will need to opt out of the program. To do so, go to the Offers tab in your SeatGeek account and fill out the form linked to the offer before the deadline on September 14 at 11:59 p.m. CT.

1. MLS Season Pass

Once again, you will receive a free 2025 MLS Season Pass subscription as part of your membership. If you haven’t already done so, you can find your unique redemption code in the Offers Tab of your SeatGeek member account.

2. 10% Merch Discount
New for the 2025 season, you will be able to redeem your 10% STM discount at the Black and Blue Team Store at Allianz Field using your personalized digital member card, available in the MNUFC app. Keep scrolling down the page for by step-by-step instructions for how to download your pass.

Just like last season, you can also enjoy a 10% discount on merchandise sold through MLSStore.com by using your exclusive STM promo code. Reach out to your rep to secure your code if you don’t already have it.

3. Parking

You had the ability to purchase an annual parking pass, good for all 18 games included in your membership, earlier this year. If you didn't purchase an annual parking pass, you can still secure reserved single-game parking through SeatGeek. Note that single-game parking passes are only available online up until two hours before kickoff. After that, they will be available for purchase directly at the lots via cash or credit.

4. Ticket Resale and Transfer

One of your STM Benefits is the ability to easily transfer and resell your tickets through SeatGeek. Check out some of our ticket resale tips and tricks to help you maximize your resale value, including a breakdown of SeatGeek’s new Smart Pricing feature.

5. Events

Throughout the year, you’ll have an opportunity to join us for a number of exclusive STM Events, ranging from sledding at Buck Hill to Open Training Sessions to dog-friendly get-togethers and all sorts of funtivities in between. Keep an eye on your inbox to find out about these events as they’re announced and reserve your spot before they fill up.

6. Gifting

You may remember that back in October, you had a chance to select one STM Gift for every seat on your account. If you selected a physical gift, you should have received your gift/s at the mailing address you provided before the start of the 2025 season, likely sometime in February. If you selected a digital gift, you should have received an email with instructions on how to access your digital gift earlier this year, likely also around February.

Food and Beverage Credit - If you selected Allianz Field food and beverage credit as one of your STM Gifts, your credit has been automatically added to same digital member pass you use to access your Team Store discount (see below for more details). You should've have received an email in March with full details about this process. If you have any questions, reach out to your Member Services Rep.

$500 Luxury Suite Credit

$500 Luxury Suite Credit

New for the 2025 season, MNUFC STMs get a $500 credit toward the rental of an Allianz Field luxury suite. So next time your company, or rec-league team, or fill in the blank is planning a group outing, suggest a luxury suite at a Loons game. It's the perfect way to save your organization $500 and avoid seeing your coworkers in bowling shoes. Offer is good for any 2025 regular-season home game, pending availability.

New for the 2025 season, all STMs will receive a digital member pass that can be accessed via the MNUFC mobile app. This is the pass you will use to access your 10% discount at the Team Store. If you selected concession credits as one of your STM gifts, this is the same pass you will use to access those credits as well.

How to Access

You can easily access your Member Card via your STM Hub within the MNUFC app. To do so:

  1. First make sure you have the latest version of the MNUFC app downloaded.
  2. Once you’re in the app, click the ticket icon in the upper right-hand corner and select Member Hub.
  3. You may need to log into your SeatGeek account if you haven't already done sone.
  4. From there, simply click the Member Card button, which should be near the top.

Add to Wallet

You also have the ability to add your pass to your phone’s mobile wallet by simply clicking the, you guessed it, “Add to Wallet” button at the bottom of your pass. This will download a pass to your phone’s mobile wallet with all of the same offers loaded up to it. You can scan this pass just the same as the one in your app. The only difference is you can’t transfer funds via your mobile wallet pass or see a live balance of remaining funds; those features are only available within the app.

How to Scan

On your in-app member card, you should see a list of active offers at the bottom, including your Team Store discount and, if applicable, your food & beverage credit. To redeem either offer, simply scan the QR code at the time of checkout. Note that food and beverage credits can only be redeemed at the built-in concession stands on the outer ring of the Allianz Field concourse.

How to Transfer Concession Credit

New this season, you can now transfer your food and beverage credits to someone else! To transfer funds, click “Manage Benefits” in the upper left-hand corner of your in-app pass. This will reveal a form where you can enter the information of the person to whom you would like to transfer the funds, then hit “Transfer” to seal the deal.

Your recipient will then receive a text message with a link they will need to click to access their scannable QR code. You may want to give them a heads up that this is coming, as your recipient may naturally be skeptical of a text message coming from an unknown number offering them free money if they click this link.

If your recipient wants to transfer their funds back to you or to someone else, they would need to create their own account within the MNUFC app by following the steps listed above.

If you’re ever wondering how much money you have remaining, or see a list of past transactions and transfers, you can go back to the Manage Benefits page within your member pass, where you’ll see a Past Activity log with all of your purchases and transfers.
