There’s a lot of info to keep track of as a Season Ticket Member. There are all of these different competitions, each with their own ticketing process. There’s a process for how to redeem all of your awesome benefits. There’s a renewal process every year…the list goes on and one. And all of that in addition to, you know, your day job.

That’s why we’ve assembled a super helpful webpage—some may call it a compendium—laying out all sorts of important details you’re bound to otherwise forget. And as fate would have it, you find yourself on that webpage right now. So go ahead and bookmark this page and swing on back here from time to time when you need a refresher.

Audi MLS Cup Playoffs

You’re automatically opted in. MNUFC has officially clinched a top four seed in the West, guaranteeing that they will have home-field advantage in the first round of the playoffs.

Unless you chose to opt out of your playoff tickets prior to the 9/14 deadline, we have your same season tickets reserved for every MNUFC home game throughout the duration of the playoffs, excluding MLS Cup, which is sold separately. Payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on file, only as home games are confirmed. No up-front payment or full playoff strips required.

If you'd like to purchase additional playoff tickets, you can do so via your exclusive STM Presale available in your SeatGeek Offers tab, beginning with your Game 1 presale, which opened on 10/5.

We just launched a fancy new Season Ticket Member Hub in the MNUFC app, and it’s all about you. It's got your personal member information, your seats, your benefits, it's even got your Account Rep. It's also got all sorts of great information about upcoming events, and even some exclusive opportunities you can sign up for as a STM. It's pretty much the single best spot to keep up with everything that's going on around here.

To find this snazzy hub, first make sure you have the latest version of the MNUFC app downloaded. Then, click the ticket icon in the upper right-hand corner and select 'Member Hub.' Make sure you're logged into your app account and also have your SeatGeek account hooked up to properly pull all of your info through.

We've included a little step-by-step mockup below in case you get lost along the way.

1. MLS Season Pass

Once again, you will receive a free 2025 MLS Season Pass subscription as part of your membership. If you haven’t already done so, you can find your unique redemption code in the Offers Tab of your SeatGeek member account.

2. 10% Merch Discount
New for the 2025 season, you will be able to redeem your 10% STM discount at the Black and Blue Team Store at Allianz Field using your personalized digital member card, available in the MNUFC app. Keep scrolling down the page for by step-by-step instructions for how to download your pass.

Just like last season, you can also enjoy a 10% discount on merchandise sold through MLSStore.com by using your exclusive STM promo code. Reach out to your rep to secure your code if you don’t already have it.

3. Parking

You had the ability to purchase an annual parking pass, good for all 18 games included in your membership, earlier this year. If you didn't purchase an annual parking pass, you can still secure reserved single-game parking through SeatGeek. Note that single-game parking passes are only available online up until two hours before kickoff. After that, they will be available for purchase directly at the lots via cash or credit.

4. Ticket Resale and Transfer

One of your STM Benefits is the ability to easily transfer and resell your tickets through SeatGeek. Check out some of our ticket resale tips and tricks to help you maximize your resale value, including a breakdown of SeatGeek’s new Smart Pricing feature.

5. Events

Throughout the year, you’ll have an opportunity to join us for a number of exclusive STM Events, ranging from sledding at Buck Hill to Open Training Sessions to dog-friendly get-togethers and all sorts of funtivities in between. Keep an eye on your inbox to find out about these events as they’re announced and reserve your spot before they fill up.

6. Gifting

You may remember that back in October, you had a chance to select one STM Gift for every seat on your account. If you selected a physical gift, you should have received your gift/s at the mailing address you provided before the start of the 2025 season, likely sometime in February. If you selected a digital gift, you should have received an email with instructions on how to access your digital gift earlier this year, likely also around February.

Food and Beverage Credit - If you selected Allianz Field food and beverage credit as one of your STM Gifts, your credit has been automatically added to same digital member pass you use to access your Team Store discount (see below for more details). You should've have received an email in March with full details about this process. If you have any questions, reach out to your Member Services Rep.
