Wyatt Omsberg

ACQUIRED: Selected 15th overall at the 2018 MLS SuperDraft

Omsberg was selected 15th overall by MNUFC in the 2018 MLS SuperDraft from Dartmouth College, where he was a two-time Ivy League Defensive Player of the Year and three-time first-team All-Ivy honoree. As a co-captain, the towering defender helped secure a defense that allowed just 12 goals in 2017 en route to a No. 15 seed in the NCAA Tournament.

Before college, Omsberg led Scarborough High School to two Class “A” State Championships during his junior and senior seasons. He was named Maine Gatorade Player of the Year, All-New England, and All-American in his senior year. Additionally, Omsberg played his club soccer for Portland Phoenix.
