Scott Macleod
Biography
Scott joined Minnesota full-time in 2022. In his role as Head of Youth Camps and Clinics, he is responsible for setting up ID events, camps and clinics, and community youth soccer initiatives for the club.
Prior to joining MNUFC, Scott worked for 20 years as the Youth Director and Director of Coaching for two youth clubs in Minnesota. During that time, he also coached 16 years of high school soccer, was involved in the Olympic Development Program, and held various youth soccer training and administrative roles.
Originally from Scotland, he has a Bachelor’s degree in Coaching Performance and holds various coaching certifications from UEFA, USC, US Soccer, and the Scottish FA. He played part-time professional soccer in the Scottish Highland League in the 90s.
