The World Cup is finally here and you’ve officially secured your tickets for the coolest soccer party in all of Minnesota. Now you’re wondering: Where do I park? What time should I arrive? Is it cool if I wear my full-body Uncle Sam costume? Fear not, global soccer fan. We’ve got all the info you need to know about attending Minnesota United Soccer Celebration right here.

Getting There
Follow standard city of Minneapolis parking protocol. Look for paid street or garage parking, or check out public transit options with MetroTransit.
Entry
Enter on Nicollet Mall right in front of the main entrance to Brit’s Pub. To ensure a smooth entry experience, please send Soccer Celebration tickets to any guests joining you in advance via SeatGeek. Each guest will need their own ticket for entry, and transferring ahead of time will help avoid long lines and delays at our event entrance.
Arrive Early
Soccer Celebration has a maximum capacity. Once we reach capacity, even if you already have a ticket, the space will operate on a one-in-one-out protocol. Having a ticket does not guarantee you admission into Soccer Celebration if the space is at capacity. Arrive early to avoid long lines and snag a good spot.
Weather
This is soccer, folks. Rain, shine, blistering heat, Soccer Celebration is on. The only exception would be in the event of severe weather, such as lightning, in which case guests will be asked to shelter in a nearby business. But short of that, put on those rain coats; we're playing through it.
Where To Stand (Or Do I Sit?)
We're flipping the layout for the Knockout Stage games, bringing in an even larger big screen and moving the viewing area up to Nicollet Mall, while the on-site activations move down to Peavey Plaza.
Similar to the set-up for the Group Stage games, there will be no chairs or designated seating areas in the space. Attendees are welcome to bring blankets to sit on, however, we cannot guarantee that if you are seated, your view will be maintained throughout the game. Additionally, there may be games where we reach capacity and ask fans to stand to allow more guests into the space.
Think of it like an outdoor concert. For the opening acts, you can probably spread out a blanket if you want. When the main band (USMNT, other big-time games) takes the stage, you’re probably going to want to stand.
Guests are permitted to bring:
- One bag up to a standard backpack size
- Bags do not need to be clear, and medical and diaper bags are allowed without restriction.
- All bags will be searched prior to admission into the space
- One plastic, factory-sealed disposable water bottle and/or one transparent, plastic, empty water bottle per person [e.g. Nalgene-type bottle]
- Water refill stations available on site
- BlanketsÂ
- Seat Cushions
- Strollers
- Umbrellas (provided they remain closed within the space)
- Flags (without poles), as long as they do not impede the vision of other attendees
- Personal laptops, iPads, and point-and-shoot cameras (no video or recording cameras)
Prohibited items include:
- Outside food and beverage
- Hard-sided cans, bottles, thermoses as well as any containers made of glass or metal (prohibited for safety and security reasons)
- Oversized bags (duffels, luggage, etc.)
- Lawn chairs
- Noisemakers
- Animals (except service animals)
See a full list of generally prohibited items here, with the exception of allowed items previously listed above.
Security Policy
All bags will be subject to search. Be prepared to open your bag upon entry for inspection by security staff.
Merch Truck
The Black and Blue Truck, a Fanatics experience, will be on-site selling MNUFC gear as well as a wide range of officially licensed 2026 FIFA World Cupâ„¢ merchandise.
