MNUFC Breaks Ground

Minnesota United is set to break ground on its privately-funded soccer specific stadium at the Snelling-Midway site Monday, Dec. 12 with MNUFC Owner Dr. Bill McGuire, MLS Commissioner Don Garber and St. Paul Mayor Chris Coleman all set to speak.


Ground breaking is scheduled to take place at 2 p.m. CST, with live updates taking place here on the Minnesota United website and on the MNUFC Twitter page. Follow along at MNUFC.COM.

Shovels for the event were custom designed by Tamas Pomazi, a local artist and master cobbler at Greenwich Vintage Co. which specializes in footwear.
