Welcome to MNUFC auto-renewal – the simple way to renew your seats. Minnesota United adopted auto-renewal in order to offer a longer payment option, streamline the renewal process and ensure the best price on season tickets. Unless you tell us otherwise, we’ll count you in for 2020! Your first payment for your 2020 season ticket membership will process on Thursday, August 1. To review your 2020 season ticket invoice and adjust your preferences or to opt out, visit the Offers Tab of your SeatGeek account manager. The deadline to make adjustments or opt out is Wednesday, July 31 at 12:00 p.m CT.

Renewal FAQ

How does auto-renewal work?

Your invoice will be available on June 14. Access your invoice in the Offers Tab of your online account manager to review it.

  • Review your invoice and make any necessary adjustments to your payment or contact information. While reviewing, take a moment to select your preferences within the invoice. We will charge your card on August 1 and set you up on our 12-month payment plan.
  • If you do not want to join us next year, simply choose the Opt Out offer to fill out the form or contact your service representative.
What if I do not want to continue my membership with MNUFC?

You have until July 31 at 12:00 p.m. CT to opt out of the 2020 season. You can opt out by accessing the Opt Out offer in the Offers Tab of your online SeatGeek account manager. You must complete these opt out procedures prior to the deadline. Once a payment is processed on August 1, there will be no refunds or exchanges.

How many games does my season ticket membership include?

Your season ticket package includes a total of 18 games: 17 MLS games and 1 bonus game. The bonus game will be announced once it is scheduled.

Am I able to transfer ownership of my tickets?

Yes, please contact your service representative for more information. Please be prepared to provide, in writing, permission from the primary account holder.

Can I purchase a full-season parking pass?

Full-season parking passes will be available closer to the start of the 2020 season. Options will be based on availability once the renewal period has concluded. If you’re interested in purchasing a parking pass, please indicate your interest to your service representative.

How can I update my mailing address and other contact information?

You can update your contact information through your invoice, account manager or your service representative.

Can I relocate my seats or add seats for the 2020 season?

Every season ticket member will be automatically enrolled in our seat relocation process as a membership benefit. This means that each season, you’ll have the opportunity to relocate your seats. You will receive an email with an assigned appointment time once the renewal process is complete. If you do not wish to take advantage of this process, simply ignore the email and your current seat location will remain. You must first renew your current seating location in order to participate in the relocation process.

How do I reserve my potential playoff tickets for the 2019 season?

As a part of auto-renewal, you will be opted into playoff seats for the “Pay as We Play” program. This program reserves your season seat location for all potential home playoff games at a preferred season ticket member rate. Your card will not be charged until a game is scheduled and would only be charged one game at a time. If you do not want to reserve all playoff games, there will be a period to opt out and purchase tickets through the single game process.

We would love to be able to accommodate all additional seat requests for next season, but we won’t know what the available inventory is until the renewal period has concluded. For the 2020 season, we will host a season ticket member seat add-on lottery, based on available inventory.

If you’re interested in adding seats for the 2020 season and would like to opt in to the add-on lottery, please indicate your specific interest in your 2020 invoice, accessed in the Offers Tab of your online account manager. Accounts selected in the lottery will receive notification from their service representative following the renewal period.


Looking to experience gameday from a new location in Allianz Field next season?

Everyone will get the opportunity to check out available 2020 seating locations during the relocation period following renewals. Season ticket members who have renewed for the 2020 season will receive a relocation appointment time to gain access to the online interactive seating map.

The first step is to renew your current seating location. While we would like to promise you an alternative seating location in 2020, we won’t know what seats will be available until everyone has renewed or opted out of their current seats. If your desired alternate seating location is not available during the relocation period, your membership will continue in 2020 with your current seating location.

Relocation FAQ

I love my seats and don’t want to move! Do I have to participate?

No. If you aren’t interested in relocating, feel free to disregard your relocation window! You’ll continue in your current seating location for the 2020 season.

If I participate in relocation, will I be forced to relocate?

No, you are welcome to check out what is available, but are not required to relocate your seats. If you don’t find a more desirable seating location using our interactive map, simply exit the browser and your seats will remain secure.

How do I relocate my seats to sit with friends and family?

Seats on different accounts may be relocated together during the later relocation appointment of the two accounts. Please contact your service representative or call 763.4SOCCER for assistance. If you and the other accounts in your party have the same appointment time, you can simply select seats at the same time using the interactive seating map.

How are the appointment times determined?

Appointment times are based on the primary account holder’s tenure as a season ticket member. The accounts with the longest contiguous tenure will receive the first appointment times.

What if I miss my appointment window?

If you miss your appointment, you can contact your service representative to inquire about available seating options, even after your online window closes.

Can I move to a different price level?

Yes, your payment plan will adjust to the new price level at the completion of the seat relocation process. Keep in mind that some price levels are sold out and not available. If you relocate to seats at a higher price level, you will pay in full the difference at the time of your relocation. If you relocate your seats to a lower price level, the difference will be deducted from your remaining payments.

Can I relocate my seats more than once?

Yes. Although the available inventory will likely not increase, there is no limit to the number of times you can relocate your seats during your appointment time window either online or through your service representative.

I have multiple sets of season tickets but only want to move one set. Can I choose which seats to relocate?

Yes. Under the "Your Current Seats" sidebar, simply check the boxes next to the seats you would like to relocate.

How do I relocate to ADA rows?

There are accessible seats (wheelchair convertible) dispersed throughout all price levels of Allianz Field. To find out more about available ADA seating options, please contact your service representative during your assigned appointment time.
