2023 Season Ticket Membership Renewals
The renewal period for the 2023 season is underway! Unless you tell us otherwise, we’ll count you in for next season. The first of twelve monthly payments for your 2023 season ticket membership will process on August 1. To review your 2023 season ticket invoice and adjust your preferences, visit the Payment Tab of your SeatGeek online Account Manager. To opt out, visit the Offers Tab. The deadline to make adjustments or opt out is Thursday, July 28 at 12:00 p.m. CT.
How does auto-renewal work?
Your invoice will be available on June 21. You can access and review your invoice within the Payment Tab of your online SeatGeek account manager.
Please make sure to review your invoice and make any necessary adjustments to your payment or contact information. While reviewing, take a moment to select your preferences within the invoice. We will charge your card on August 1 and set you up on our 12-month payment plan.
If you do not want to join us next year, simply navigate to the Offers Tab and fill out the opt-out form, or contact your service representative directly.
What if I do not want to continue my membership with MNUFC?
You have until July 28 at 12:00 p.m. CT to opt out of the 2023 season. You can opt out by accessing the “Opt Out” offer in the Offers Tab of your online SeatGeek account manager. You must complete these opt-out procedures prior to the deadline. Once a payment is processed on August 1, there will be no refunds or exchanges.
How many games does my season ticket membership include?
Your season ticket package includes a total of 18 matches: 17 MLS and 1 bonus match. The bonus match will be announced once determined.
Am I able to transfer ownership of my tickets?
Yes, please contact your service representative to transfer ownership of your tickets. Be prepared to provide written permission from the primary account holder.
How can I update my mailing address and other contact information?
You can update your contact information by editing your invoice in the Payment Tab of your SeatGeek Account Manage, or by contacting your service representative directly.
How can I get my 2023 season ticket member gift?
We will be using a digital-gifting platform once again in 2023. After the renewal period, members will receive details on how to order their gift for the 2023 season. Deliveries will be completed before the start of the season. We have revamped our offers to include things like scarves, concessions credit, autographed items, and more.
Can I relocate my seats or add seats for the 2023 season?
As a benefit of membership, every season ticket member will be automatically enrolled in our seat relocation process. Once the renewal process is complete, you will receive an email with an assigned appointment time. If you do not wish to take advantage of this process, simply ignore the email, and your current season ticket seating location will remain on your account. Note - You must first renew your current seating location in order to participate in the relocation process.
How do I reserve my potential playoff tickets for the 2023 season?
As a part of auto-renewal, you will be opted into playoff seats on the “Pay as We Play” program. This program reserves your season seat location for all potential home playoff games at the season ticket member rate. Your card would not be charged until a game was solidified and would only be charged one game at a time. If you do not want to reserve all playoff games, there will be a period to opt out and an option to purchase tickets through the single game process.
How do I reserve my Leagues Cup tickets for the 2023 season?
As part of auto-renewal, you will be opted into your seats for any potential 2023 Leagues Cup games. This program reserves your season seat location for all potential home Leagues Cup games at the season ticket member rate. Your card would not be charged until a game was solidified and would only be charged once a game is confirmed. If you do not want to reserve all games, there will be a period to opt out and an option to purchase tickets through the single game process.

We would love to be able to accommodate all additional seat requests for next season, but we won’t know what inventory will be available until the renewal period has concluded. Like in past seasons, we will host a Season Ticket Member “Seat Add-on Lottery” following the renewal period, based on the available inventory.
If you’re interested in adding seats for the 2023 season and would like to enter the Season Ticket Member Add-On Lottery, please indicate your specific interest within your 2023 invoice, accessed in the Payment Tab of your online account manager. Season Ticket Member accounts selected in the lottery will be notified by their service representative following the renewal period.
Looking to experience gameday from a new location in Allianz Field next season?
Everyone will get the opportunity to check out available 2023 seating locations during the relocation period following renewals. Members who have renewed for the 2023 season will receive a relocation appointment time to gain access to the online interactive seating map.
The first step is to renew your current seating location! While we would like to promise you an alternative seating location in 2023, we won’t know what seats will be available until everyone has renewed or opted out of their current seats. If your desired alternate seating location is not available during the relocation period, your membership will continue in 2023 with your current season ticket seating location.
I love my seats and don’t want to move! Do I have to participate?
No. If you aren’t interested in relocating, feel free to disregard your relocation window! You’ll continue in your current season ticket seating location for the 2023 season.
If I participate in relocations, will I be forced to relocate?
No, you are welcome to check out what is available, but are not required to relocate your seats. If you don’t find a more desirable seating location using our interactive map, simply exit the browser and your same seats will remain secure.
How do I relocate my seats to sit with friends and family?
Seats on different accounts may be relocated together during the latest relocation appointment of the participating accounts. Please contact your service representative or call 763.4SOCCER for assistance. If you and the other accounts in your party have the same appointment time, you can simply select seats at the same time using the interactive seating map.
How are the appointment times determined?
Appointment times are based on your tenure as a season ticket member primary account holder. Season ticket members with the most tenure (in consecutive seasons) will receive the earliest appointment times.
What if I miss my relocation appointment?
If you miss your appointment, you can contact your service representative to inquire about available seating options, even after the online window closes.
Can I move to a different price level?
Yes, your payment plan will adjust to the new price level at the completion of the seat relocation process. Keep in mind that some price levels could be sold out and unavailable. If you relocate to seats at a higher price level, you will pay in full the difference at the time of your relocation. If you relocate your seats to a lower price level, the difference will be deducted from your remaining payments.
Can I relocate my seats more than once?
Yes. Although the available inventory will likely not increase, there is no limitation to how many times you can relocate your seats during your appointment time window either online or through your service representative.
I have multiple sets of season tickets, but only want to move one set. Can I choose which seats to relocate?
Yes. Under the “your current seats” sidebar, simply check the boxes next to the seats you would like to relocate.
How do I relocate to ADA rows?
There are accessible seats (wheelchair convertible) dispersed throughout all price levels of Allianz Field. To find out more about available ADA seating options, please contact your service representative during your assigned appointment time.
