Shuttleworth on Goalkeeper of the Year Ballot

With so many clutch performances throughout the inaugural season, it's no surprise for Minnesota United fans that Bobby Shuttleworth is on the ballot for the 2017 Allstate Goalkeeper of the Year Award. Shuttleworth has been the driving force for the Loons' defense, keeping his team in many matches and often turning the tide with his stellar goalkeeping. He is also on the ballot for the Landon Donovan Most Valuable Player Award.

The eight-year MLS veteran has made a career-high 112 saves this season, the second-highest total in MLS, while also keeping five clean sheets.

The award is voted on by the players, technical staffers and select members of the media.

Three finalists for the award will be announced on Tuesday, October 31. Visit MLSsoccer.com to see the full list of nominees.
