Emmanuel Iwe
Biography
Iwe joined MNUFC2 after a season at St. Cloud State University and was the first Minnesota native to be signed by MNUFC2. During the 2022 season, the midfielder made 16 appearances (13 starts), scoring two goals and providing two assists. His season ended short in August when he had successful ligament reparative surgery on his right foot. A graduate from St. Louis Park High School, Iwe played over 1,300 minutes at St. Cloud and finished the 2021 year with six goals and four assists. In his youth career, Iwe played with Joy of the People, a local Twin Cities soccer academy.
