MNUFC2 announced today that the Friday, August 8 match at home against Sporting Kansas City II – originally slated to be played at the National Sports Center Stadium in Blaine, Minnesota – will now take place at RCTC Stadium in Rochester, Minnesota. USL League Two club Rochester FC will notably host MNUFC2’s very-first MLS NEXT Pro regular-season home match played outside of the Twin Cities metro area.
“We are committed to connecting with communities across the state, and we are excited to partner with Rochester FC and showcase our club to the city of Rochester in just a few weeks,” said MNUFC Head of Business and Soccer Operations, Alex DeRosa.
